Admission Policy

Seventh-day Adventist Schools are opened to all young people of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and others who come for the purpose of doing earnest, faithful work, and who have a desire to develop Christian characters.

It is the official policy of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, in all its church-operated schools, on elementary, secondary, and higher education levels in the United States to admit students of any race to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded, or made available to students at its schools, and to make no discrimination on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic background, country of origin, or gender in the administration of education policies, applications for admission, scholarship or loan programs, as well as athletic and extracurricular programs. At the present time our school does not offer a specialized special education program; therefore, we are unable to accept pupils who have serious scholastic or behavioral problems or who are mentally or physically challenged.

The true object of education is to fit men and women for service by developing and bringing into active exercise all of their faculties.” CPTS., p. 493. Day by day we are building the character of our students spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially for time and eternity. It is imperative that all parents have a strong desire to educate their children in a Christian school and a willingness to abide by the policies and principles of the school.

The Academic Committee, upon approval from the School Board, has the right to dismiss the student if their academic progress and behavior reveals that they are not the best fit for this institution.
