Using the Forms

Plan Ahead! You and the teacher, former school official / guidance counselor, or pastor who complete the recommendations need time to do a thoughtful and thorough job. Contact us for our admission and financial aid deadlines.

Complete the forms according to the instructions. (You'll probably want to do a rough draft first).

Make photocopies of all the completed forms for your files.

Provide those who will be completing the "Recommendation Form" with an addressed and stamped envelope along with the Recommendation Form. The Forms should be mailed directly to the school. Another option would be for the individuals to fax the completed forms to the school at 954-792-2248. Let references know the dates by which these forms are due in the admission offices. (It's a nice gesture to send your teachers a thank-you note for doing this).
