Pay the following fees at the time of Registration:
- Student Activity Fees- (formerly called Club Fees) are due at the beginning of each semester. The first semester is due at the time of registration.
- Technology Fee- $20.00 per student
Scholarship Recipents are ineligible for constituent rates. Call the school's Financial Officer for details.

- Pre K - 6th Grade early registration fee before May 31, 2011 $275 w/ coupon
- 7th - 9th Grade early registration fee before May 31, 2011 $295 w/ coupon
*Disclaimer: Students tuition account MUST be current and in order for use with this coupon. A $20 application fee MUST BE GIVEN when applications for the 2011-2012 School Year is submitted.
Tuition Payment Policies
- Tuition is due the first of every month. All payments not paid by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $10.00 late fee, unless other arrangements are made.*
- A billing statement will be given each month.
- All tuition for the year must be paid in full by May 10, 2011.*
- The school will receive personal checks for tuition from August 1st to March 1st. From March 1st to May 15th the school will not accept personal checks to cover the cost of tuition. A $35.00 return check fee will be charged on all returned checks.
- The school accepts cash, cashiers checks, money orders, credit cards/debit cards for payment of school fees and tuition. No personal checks will be accepted.
- Students cannot sit for exams and the school will not release records or report cards if the student’s account is not current at the time of exams or request for records.
- All accounts must be current for a returning student to enroll in school for the next school year.

- Payment in full for the entire year – 10% discount
- Payment for the first semester/second semester – 5% discount for each semester
- 12 month payment option – payment due the first of every month starting with May 1st.
- 10 month payment option – payment due the first of every month starting with Aug 1st.
All parents with more than one child enrolled in the school will receive a $5.00 tuition discount for each additional child. Scholarships are also available (Step Up for Students and McKay Scholarships). Please visit the following websites for eligibility and requirements.

It should be noted that the differences in tuition rates reflect the financial support given by the Mt. Olivet SDA Church and the Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
